Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-01-16
CloudMasters is a commercial, shareware-style product. By installing or using the software, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the product.
1. License and trial
CloudMasters is provided under a limited, revocable license. We may offer a trial so you can evaluate fit before purchasing a license. Licenses are required for continued use beyond the trial and may be sold per user, team, or device depending on your plan.
2. Ownership of your work
You retain all rights, title, and interest in your data, infrastructure configurations, scripts, and intellectual property. We do not claim ownership of anything you create or manage through CloudMasters.
3. Credentials and activity logs
CloudMasters uses official cloud CLIs and local credentials on your machine. We do not request or store your cloud access keys or private keys. Activity logs are designed for security, auditability, and support, and are intended to exclude secrets. They focus on actions and timestamps rather than raw command output.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use CloudMasters for unlawful activity or to violate the rights of others. You are responsible for your account, access, and usage.
5. Payments and billing
Payment terms, renewal details, and refund eligibility are defined at purchase and may vary by plan. Payments may be processed by trusted third-party providers. If a plan renews automatically, you can cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge.
6. Availability and changes
We work to keep CloudMasters reliable, but the service is provided “as is” without uptime guarantees. We may update, modify, or discontinue features with reasonable notice when practical.
7. Warranty disclaimer
CloudMasters is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BrowserBox Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity arising from your use of CloudMasters.
