We built CloudMasters for people who care deeply about privacy and control. We collect the minimum data needed to run the product, support customers, and keep things secure. We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not use it to train AI models.

• Support communications and any files you choose to share with us.
• Payment details handled by payment processors (we do not store full payment card numbers).

• Basic device and version metadata needed to keep the app running (OS version, app version, crash logs if enabled).
• Limited usage signals to improve reliability and prevent abuse (feature usage counts, performance metrics, and error codes).
• Activity log metadata designed for audit and troubleshooting (timestamps and actions). These logs are intended to avoid secrets or full command output.

3. Data we do not collect

• Your cloud credentials, private keys, or secret tokens.
• The contents of your cloud resources, databases, or files unless you explicitly send them to support.

4. How we use data

• Operate and secure CloudMasters, including license validation and fraud prevention.
• Provide support and respond to customer requests.
• Improve stability and performance.

5. Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell your data. We share data only with trusted service providers who help operate the product (such as hosting, email, and payments) and only as required by law or to protect customer safety.

6. Data retention and deletion

We retain data only as long as necessary to provide the service, meet legal obligations, or resolve disputes. You can request deletion of your account data by contacting support.
